Demolition, removal and building redevelopment / area recycling

The Demolition / Removal / Area recycling division of the company is attached to the Brownfield Site Redevelopment Division and is responsible for the operation of both off-site and on-site treatment equipment and the brownfield site redevelopment, which includes external disposal firms and uses other technologies of groundwater, soil atmosphere and soil redevelopment if required.

We provide the following services:

	Building management
	Decoring, dismantling and removal of industrial structures and military installations
	Surface and underground demolition of buildings
	Separation of contaminated demolition material
	Asbestos removal and disposal
	Building material recycling, timber recycling
	Earth movement and soil landscaping
	Civil engineering services, underground rubble removal
	Surface sealing and encapsulation with mineral sealing compounds or HDPE film
	Shutting down, cleaning, demolition and disposal as well as redevelopment of sealing areas of /at facilities subject to Water Management Act
	Water drainage at building sites, water cleaning
	Management of the provision and use of mass flows, including logistics
	Area management.
